What to eat when cutting down carbs?

    Im a total newbie here so please bear with my lack of knowledge..Ive just got my packs and now Im going to reduce my carbs for the next few days and just not sure what to eat, Im a typical carb junkie so this will be painful. What can I have for brekkie Im going to miss my toast and milky coffee any meal ideas for me would be fab Thanks ;)

    You should cut down on things like bread, pastries, biscuits, crisps, pasta, rice, potatoes etc. Maybe for breakfast you could have some fresh fruit and natural yoghurt, failing that have some wholegrain cereal like porridge or shredded wheat. You don't necessarily have to cut carbs out completely this week just reduce them, although it will make it much easier for you in the first week if you can. Maybe add extra veg to your meals rather than the usual carbs. Remember to try and start upping your water too, it all helps.

    I'm sorry, I didn't read your post properly before replying. I made it sound like you didn't know what carbs are.... doh!!
