What type of weighing scale do you use?

    I use a quite a good mechanical one just tells me my weight in lbs and kilos thats it, keeping it simple.

    Yeah me too. Mine's a Salter digital scale but not sure I like them, they don't read low enough :D Can't understand all these fat and BMI reading scales lol.

    also got my wii fit board. but that lies :mad:

    my wii fit one gives differnt readings all the time. but i never have it in the same place so maybe thats why. i go by the bathroom scales. much more accurate

    I use digital scales which apparently read body fat and measure your BMI but I can't for the life of me work out how you do that, so for the past 4 years I've just used them normally, they weigh in kg so I have to convert to lbs -.-"

    digital WW scales that like Arons does other things but dont under stand. Im sure theres an old thread about scales, Ill see if I can dig it out.
    I weigh on the same spot in the bathroom, nudie at 7.15am each morning, even at the weekends. I must be mad!

    lol i have digi ones too but they only register pound loss unless you get under 10 stone :(

    i want some digi scales that do measure more than a lb loss (i.e half a pound) etc if someone can recommend some?
