just A Quick Question.
What Type Of Painkiller Are You Allowed To Take While On Cd,does It Make A Difference Or Can You Just Take Paracetamol??

Hi there, I've taken paracetamol and ibuprofen (not at the same time!). Don't take ibuprofen on an empty stomach,though, as it can cause problems - I take mine with a shake, muffin or a bar and have been ok.

If you need stronger than that try emailing Cambridge and speaking to your GP.

i take co codomol most days and or paracetomol... cant stomach antiflams, cant stomach co codomol either hence i have 1 co and 1 par!!

shouldnt knock you out of ketosis...
