What you are supsed to drink during SS and what liquids you do drink??

Water - still or sparkling
Black tea
Black Coffee
Green tea
Oh! Water, water and lots of water...
Water flavouring do help get the water down...but limit them to 1 teaspoon a day (dosen't sound much but is it very strong so you don't need much in a litre.)

If you have Coke Zero also limit this to 1 a day

3 litres mineral water
1 litre Cambridge flavoured water
double volume of water in all my shakes (450ml instead of 227ml)
2 cups black coffee
1 small pot green tea
sometimes I drink raspberry flavoured water from Vittel (still)
I used to drink coke zero, dr pepper zero and tango apple diet... but I've given up carbonated drinks as they're bad for your bones!

It's not exciting, but it's about volume here!

Here's my list

black coffee
black tea
peppermint tea
fennel tea
tons and tons of water :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:
occasional Coke Zero or diet Dr Pepper

I have
5 litres of still water a day
Sometimes have a weak black tea (maybe one a week)
Sparkling water with berry flavouring (2 glasses a week at most)

When I did it it was Water, water, water!

With the occasional black coffee to give me a boost.
