Water - still or sparkling
Oh! Water, water and lots of water...
Water flavouring do help get the water down...but limit them to 1 teaspoon a day (dosen't sound much but is it very strong so you don't need much in a litre.)
If you have Coke Zero also limit this to 1 a day

3 litres mineral water
1 litre Cambridge flavoured water
double volume of water in all my shakes (450ml instead of 227ml)
2 cups black coffee
1 small pot green tea
sometimes I drink raspberry flavoured water from Vittel (still)
I used to drink coke zero, dr pepper zero and tango apple diet... but I've given up carbonated drinks as they're bad for your bones!
loads of water and loads of black coffee for me. Im addicted and have about 10 cups a day with sweetener. I know its not good for me but its hard enough giving up food, Im not giving up caffiene as well!
