Pregnancy whats different for SW

Hi, I just found out im pregnant and want to stick to SW but wondered what changes for extra easy. Im sure I read it on here the other day but now cant find the thread and am looking on my phone which isnt great. I will discuss it with my leader but its early days so didnt want to bring it up just yet :0)

Yoy get an extra a and b on extra easy making it 2 a and 2 b a day. Good luck xx
