could someone explain extra easy for me please l did sw years ago just green or red then with hexa &hexb so how does ee work ?

Extra easy allows you to mix meat and pasta together etc.
But your only allowed 1 healthy extra A and 1 HE B

In short - all red and green foods are free but you must have a third of your plate of superfree foods with each meal (SF are fruit and veg but not peas, beans, sweetcorn, parsnips, potatoes)
You have one A choice and one B choice
You have up to 15 syns.
