When you have a day off..

I tend to stick to low carb foods, I think that's what I'll need to do to keep the weight off so trying to get into habit!

Breakfast: omelette
Lunch: exante bar (I really enjoy them!)
Dinner: protein such as beef/ chicken or seafood with salad or veg such as broccoli & cauliflower.

Am I boring now??!!
