This is blatantly pinched from my days on SW, where people would post the various deals going in the supermarkets, what's cheap, what's BOGOF etc.

Atkins can start to cost a fair bit, I think when you're just starting out and not sure what to buy, what not to buy etc.

So here goes.

Popeseye steak - Half price
Morrisons value soya milk - 59p and 0.4 carbs per 100ml
Aubergines - 2 for £1.50

350g Pilgrims Choice Extra Mature/Mature - £2.24 Half price until 10/4/12 (this cheese is amazing. I bought it about 5 blocks at a time last time it was on offer.)

4 Pack Cheesestrings - £1 until 10/4/12

Birds Eye Chicken Chargrills - £1 until 27/3/12

Crispy Bacon - 3 for £5 (great for a quick breakfast)

800g Hellmans Mayonnaise Jars buy one get one free £3.19 until 8/4/12
