Where to get pudding rice?

Is this called something else? I want to make rice pudding but I cant find pudding rice on Asdas website!!!

I searched under whitworths and all i could find was tapioca and ground rice but i cant see pudding rice either! I searched a couple of recipes and some use normal rice although Arborio risotto rice would be closer

I got some in Sainsbury's it was with the other rice and called pudding rice. I think (but do check) that short grain rice is pudding rice or can be used for it anyway.

yep just double check and Arborio risotto rice is the closest you can get hope thats ok

you can get tesco own brand one! i cant remember if it was with the normal rice or in the baking section in the end but it was definetly there i found it.

I have some in my cupboard, it's called pudding rice & I bought it from Tesco.

I have bought it from Sainsburys & Morrisons in the past, but I do think they put it with the baking food & not the rice.

You can buy short grain rice in waitrose and itts with the rice

I got mine in asda it's in a box not a bag

In Asda it is called sort grain rice and I found it in the baking section, spent ages looking for it though.
