Hi I don't claim to be an expert (yet) lol but I believe Quaker oat so simple (original only) is a simply filling food. I have it with skimmed milk and put rasberrys and blueberrys to bulk it up. I haven't as yet found any other cereal which is a sf food. Hope this helps. Claire

Shredded wheat, Puffed wheat, porridge. :) All nice with sweetener. :)

I must get the tesco stuff, I love ready brek and miss it- actually I used aada's version as cheaper. I thought it would be free as thought it was just oats but crushed to be smaller! There must be other stuff in it I guess!

I shall have to get some. Only tesco near me is a garage one though- doubt they'll have it. Online shop due I reckon! X
