I think I have every one ever written and I have tried them all!

yellowjo I agree, Zoe Harcombe is brilliant. Unfortunately I find the diet too restrictive but I lost 8lbs the first week I tried it. A very interesting read too. She is very against calorie counting, but ultimately that is what worked for me.

Paul Mc Kenna's book & cd. found that helpful at times.
Rosemary Conolly's vidoe and book.
Food Pharmacy book - explains food relationships to health problems. ie. cranberries/juice help to eleviate gout.
Plus others.:D

Spent many pounds buying various diet books, wish I could as easily lose pounds in weight!! Harcombe Diet is just the most recent.. I started with 'This Slimming Business' by Prof Yudkin. Oh, if only I'd stuck with it..

I've only got 2 diet books so far, one is the Alli recipe book, it's great. Not using alli (BMI not high enough now, yay) but the recipes in the book a fab, very low fat and varied.

The other book I've got I found very helpful. How Not To Get Fat, by Ian Marber. It's explains how metabolism etc works, and why people struggle to maintain after they've lost the weight. It's got a lot of waffle in it too but it really cleared things up in my head for me.

I've ordered Stop Bingeing by Lee Jangoly. I hope this book is going to enlighten me as to why it's all or nothing with me and food. And stop me Bingeing like it says.... Keep you informed x
