I'm just wanting to share my joy and happiness... My size 14 that havn't fit me in months... not even been able to get them past my thunder thighs.... Now fit yeah!!!!!!!!
Been on ss for 5 days, today is my sixth... not cheated at all and it has really paid off.... i'm so happy.....
Week one is definatly not easy and still having gravings and hunger pangs, but the fact i'm now size 14 has made me even more determined to stick to it....
