Hi Everyone,

I cannot believe I am posting this...but yes I have hit target !

It has been an amazing journey and one that I will continue as I now want to loose another 14-21 pounds.. Yeah, I know, but I am feeling soooo good right now!

I had a target deadline as I have a wedding to go to in a few weeks time and am so relived that the new dress fits (bought it about a month ago and it didn't.. ) But now...:bliss:YAY !!

THANK YOU... and yes I am 'shouting' at all of you... Thank You all so much for your help, support, advice and well; just being there....


On to the next stage in the journey... so not going anywhere......
