Why are people with bulimia not allowed to do CD?

Just curious, really. I'd have thought CD was healthier than sticking your fingers down your throat. I also suspect that many overweight people (myself included) have at some point engaged in eating disordered behaviour to lose weight/gain weight.

i think the issue is that even WITH CD the bullimic will stilll stick his/her fingers down their throat

i am no expert but dont think bullimic would see cd as an alternative to puking
