Why?

Seriously don't understand myself at times! I'm so determine to lose this weight and then I cheat on day 2! Gutted is an understatement, ok so I only had 1 bad thing but that's not the point! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Back on form and 100% dedication from now on! Otherwise what's the point! X
 
You are not alone I've done that so many times that I've lost count & Iv'e been so determined just like yourself, Just try to stay focused & take it one day at a time we all have bad days just draw a line under it & start again, good luck you can do it x
