So here I am āagain!ā
1st January 2023!
This year I would actually like to reach my weight loss goal or be very close to it by the end of the year!
I have tried and failed and also succeeded over the years⦠just when I have succeeded, Iāve not kept an eye on things and not maintained, just let the weight creep up again
Hopefully I can change that this year
Plan is to update my diary daily , or at least every week or few days ā¦
I will be calorie counting again using MyFitnessPal and exercise will be walking along with some other exercises in between probably some weights/ kettlebells along with what else takes my fancy lol.
My starting weight as of this morning is 15st 9.6 !
Not my heaviest on record but not far off!
I will do a Sunday weekly weigh in.
My goal is to reach 11st (ideally 10st 7-10)
So approximately 5 st to lose! (Again )

I will do what I can , itās sometimes hard with my job (HGV truck driver) as I start work at 7am and my finish time varies⦠sometimes I finish at 8pm , but there are days when I finish at a more reasonable time!

Itās hard when I finish late as thereās not much evening left to fit what I want to do in!
But one bonus is I suppose is I donāt have to work weekends- well I donāt, have up weekend overtime years ago lol.
So it might take a fair bit of pre- planning and commitment to get going and sorted.
But I have to try as I hate feeling this heavy!
And just the simple moving sometimes is an effort and hard work!
I will post my food exercises etc in either picture/photos or written form ⦠whichever I feel like at the time!
On another note I hope people come back here, itās been quiet the times Iāve logged in over the past months
And some of the people I used to chat with on here are currently absentā¦
