Guys am just not getting sw to work for me. Dunno if am just being lazy or greedy or both. Am on here moaning all time, take weeks off, get focused again then start getting bogged down and obsessed with it all. It's only second day and already am checking calories as opposed to enjoying sw for what it is. I follow the general sw approach but its just getting to me now. I have 7-10 pounds to lose but as I have said in numerous moaning posts its my shape am unhappy with. I don't want to stuff my face but I don't like the way I get fixated either. Is it possible for me to follow sw to an extent and concentrate on excercise and get where I want to be or am I being unrealistic? Honest opinions please.
