I'm day 1 on CD. I've done SS today no other food besides. Lots of water, over 4 pints. Want to eat now.. Just habit I guess.
I want to lose around 4 stone, sooner rather than later.

Day 2
I'm 14st 2oz. Had a headache for most of the day and funny taste in my mouth.. Maybe the start of ketosis ???
