    Hi.

I am new to the forum. Have been doing slimming world for 3 weeks now and lost 10lbs.

Quick question for someone wiser than me.

Does WW wine have less syns than ordinary wine?

    Thanks in advance x

Well, the syns for the WW wines are listed as...

Weight Watchers Fruity White Wine (125ml) - 4 syns all plans

Weight Watchers Red Wine (125ml) - 4 syns all plans

Weight Watchers Rose Wine (125ml) - 4 syns all plans

And regular wine is listed as....

Red wine, rose, and dry white wine (175ml) 6 syns on all plans

Medium and sparkling white wine (175ml) 6 1/2 syns on all plans.

If you take into account the difference in volumes (125ml vs 175ml) then there isn't really much difference between the two. Maybe half a syn for the 175 ml glass

Please do not post Syn queries in the main forum

We have a large searchable Syn forum for these
