Wobble's Post baby exercise diary

Okay, it's six month's since the youngest made her appearance and it's high time I get my wobbly ass into gear! So, am putting a diary here to help motivate me on the off chance that someone who is completely board and loses co-ordination in their hand to mouse activity clicks in and reads accidentally :D

My goal is to get back to pre-pregnancy 133lbs (9.5 stone) and shape up my thighs, derrier and tummy too, which I've never actually worked on before so they're quite flabby:eek:

Started yesterday @ 139lbs / 5'7'' (hoping to grow a couple inches too!)
Waist: 29 inches
Hips: 39.5 inches
Legs: LL 21 inches, RL 22 inches

Wednesday 31st March:
1 Hour Boxercise class
10 minute bum crunch and abs toning

Thursday 1st April
40 minute total body toning exercise dvd
50 minute walk

Friday 2nd April

50 minute walk
20 minutes of pilates



Saturday 3rd April

1 Hour Boxercise class
40 minutes of pilates

Sore today, so so sore:D

1.5 Hour hike
20 minutes Pilates

Monday 5th April
4 Hour hike (got lost!)
50 minutes Pilates / Yoga

Tuesday 6th April
45 minutes Body work dvd
40 minute walk

Muscles are no longer sore so delighted with that!
Means I will have to start adding weights though but that can wait until next week!
