Well I have just been to get weighed and bloow me down with a feather I have lost a whopping 2.5 pounds over Christmas, how chuffed am I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just gorged on Xmas Day and Boxing Day and then stuck to plan 100% And blow me if I can lose weight over Xmas then I can any other time of the year, with no excuses!
