Working out the points for food, please help :(

Hi there, I'm struggling to work out the points for some of the foods I eat, and also looking at the section on places to eat out I was trying to work out the points on some of the items, can someone please help?

I did try this one

but when it came to things like KFC food, cause there was no fibre listed for the food, when I entered the numbers it said 'fiber need to be numeric' i.e. I have to put something in that box.

This is doing my head in, it must be something simple that I'm doing wrong?
