I believe that it can (at the time that is). On a side note, my DH works shifts and though he managed admirably for the first 15 years (oh, and didn't put on weight), it's proving a killer now he's getting older He can't sleep in the day, obviously can't sleep at night. Getting depressed, though he'd never admit to that
He's on days at the moment, 50 miles away. First time in years, and what a difference. His whole mood has changed. Sleeping better and more alert.
I'm loving having him work in the day. Fits better for me anyway.
Shame it's only temporary and he'll soon be back to nights.
