I'm a fairly recent target member and because I was a DIY-er (having started as an on-line member), I don't have the luxury of staying to class. Part of me regrets that I didn't enrol at a group when I still had half a stone to lose.
The most important thing for me was to remember that I couldn't go back to my old way of eating. In the past when I lost weight and got to target it was a bit 'Done it - whoop! Now I can start stuffing myself again'. In actual fact, I find I can't really eat much more than I was doing to get to target, so I allow myself to be a bit more relaxed on special occasions and recognise that my weight will naturally fluctuate.
My first real test will be next month when I have a week's holiday in a hotel on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. I intend to choose sensibly, but if there's something I really fancy then I'll have it. Most importantly, I'm going to have something in the house ready to get me back on SW as soon as I get home. Unfortunately, we get home late on a Sunday and I'm back at work the next morning, otherwise I'd organise an internet shop to be delivered on our return so that I've absolutely no excuse for not getting back on plan!
