Would-Be Keto/Atkins Dieter - Hello!

Long story short - I'm 5ft 2" and now 11 stones again. In July 2017 I was 9st 7lb so I've put on a stone in a half in 18 months. I walk miles every day and also spin 4 times a week so exercise is fine. However, my self-discipline has gone to sh*t and I need to quit the carbs/sweet stuff, sugar is my downfall. I'm trying Atkins for 2 weeks. I used to be on here the last time I lost weight and thanks to this site, I lost 3.5 stones in 18 months - so thank you. Any ways...I'm here again :)
