Wow I done it!!

    Hi everyone,

    Just to update you, since losing my 13 1/2 stone with Cd I have taken up running and yesterday entered the Reading half marathon. (I have only been running since about October last year)
    Well I finished in a respectable 1 hr 50 mins in position 4238th out of approx 12000 finishers, approx 16000 people had started the race

    I feel so poud of what I have achieved in such a short time, this would not have been possibe without sticking rigidly to CD

    I bet if you look back a year or two you would never have thought you could do something like this. It is a FANTASTIC achievement and you should feel really proud of yourself. blimey - I feel proud of you and I don't even know ya!!!lol
