Hi Tamzy1989, my secret is using futureself.co.uk. You have to register its free. They ask you a load of questions like how much do you weigh, height etc and then ask how much you want to lose and when for. it then works out your daily calorie allowance. You have the use of the food diary too so you can keep track of everything and it also has an activity calculator too and it works out what calories you burned and adds it to your daily allowance. Because i have a lot to lose in a quick period of time so my calorie intake has been 1140 daily and this week has dropped 10 calories. Its been quite difficult to stay within these calories but because i have been jogging and doing pilates i have been able to earn some more calories. It certainly has paid off just hope i can stick with it but most definately that website has helped.
