Thanks everyone for the TIP of Pysillum Husk powder,

Fantastic stuff, just had a lovely bowl of semillina and so satisfied it is unreal.

Looking forward to another one tomorrow,

Must say was strange buying Collon Care from Holland and Barret as the Liposum contains other ingrediants and caolries, but the CC is 100% Psy' husk powder.

'Tis good stuff
I like 1/2 a pack of Vanilla with a sprinkle of cinnamon and 1/2 a pack of hot chocolate in a morning.

Toffee and walnut is my favourite .... and so filling.

You can also add a small amount of PH to soups to make them slightly thicker.
