WW - CC change?


I'm currently on WW and have nearly lost 5 stone, that's in a year, however i fancy a change and just feel something like CC would be easier for me at times when i can't always point items.

There are just a few things i wanted to know about though, as ive already seen on here it's good also to keep track of the sat fat your having in products as some which are low cals may be high in sugar or sat fat instead etc

However, i have to admit i do eat out a bit here and there, and was wondering what the cals are like for indian meals and chinese meals? From indian i only usually have tandoori, tikka, pakora etc, and then chinese would be rice, noodles curry sauce etc was just wondering if there is a list anywhere telling you of important calories you need to know including take aways?

also has anyone else changed over from ww to cc and have noticed a difference? im just wondered that i may start gaining weight if im eating more than i would on ww etc ?

i've looked on spark people website and it states i should be between 1,330 - 1,680 ??? however i'm thinking maybe between 1000 - 1200 would may be better? also does anyone know what is best to keep sat fat / sugar content to also please?

sorry i'm a pain for asking all this i know only family use to be on ww so i got all info i needed from them when starting but i dont know anyone whos done cc lol :)

thanks in advance , oh and i'm going on hols a week today so will most likely be starting CC if all goes well when i get back and sort everything out (by that i mean make lots and lots of booklets to help me out hehe) xxx
