I know what you mean about processed food- I know other people love them but I really don't like pasta n sauce, low fat supernoodles, savoury rice, etc. I have been doing SW for over a year now and held off on the smash pizza for the exact same reason- but like you, I was having a pizza craving so did it- not bad!
There is also a recipe on there for 'angie's fiorentina pizza' where she makes an actual pizza base with flour and yeast- it is 9.5 syns per 12 inch pizza- so again not bad
Or...................use flexible syns and have the WW one!
