Hey all,
I've decided to join you all over here with ww. I've been for the last 6 month i've been doing my own thing and then started a low GL diet last week but it need so much planning and isn't really convient for me.
I've so far lost just under 29lb since 1st July and i'm hoping to get lose about another 20lb.
I'm using the ww online as I can't get to classes (with kiddywinks and DH working shifts). Starting properly tommorow so my WI days will be monday.

Hi and welcome Little Red to the forum.

As you will have seen from Jen's diary - this diet is just brill if you stick to it and it's not that difficult to stick to either.

Good luck on losing that last 20lbs or so.

hey Raynor! good luck with WW.. i've actually been on your blog a few times.. its an interesting read! :D

if you need anything just shout - one of us will have the answer :) you'll find it pretty easy.. nothing is restricted on WW so if you dont have much time for planning then it'll fit in all the same :) xxx
