Hi all,

Am new to ww and i'm doing it online, this is my second week

Can anybody tell me what the 'set points' is all about on the website?

I've been weighing everything, and filling in the details from the tins/packets etc and doing it that way but when i put for example an egg, it has a 'set points' box too and i don't know what i means

its for when you go out say to a buffet restaurant or the likes, certain foods have an estimated points for them "set points" so if you have a boiled egg from the buffet you count it as what the set points says since you can't weigh it and see if its small medium or large, they are an over estimate of points to allow you to budget when eating out and about, to keep you on track.
