    i've been doing it myself from home the past few weeks. have tried slimming world, back to pro points, and so forth since feb!!! only now starting to lose weight since i upped my exercise, ie, a 6 mile walk...anyone else find that with pro points it's very easy to snack on junk????!!!! :sigh:
