Yeo 0% fat Greek natural yogurt

    Hi, I can't find out out whether these are free or not, can anyone help?

    easiest way to check is to check if they have added sugar as that makes them synned

    Fat free natural yoghurt is listed as a free food, so even though this has the word "Greek" in it I would take it as being free - the same way that Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt is free.

    I can spell free.
