Hi everyone ...... another newbie
Been on SW for a week now, got the weigh in tonight, been fairly good, doing extra easy, but tonight will tell!!
Anyway my name is Suz, I live in sunny (and flippin hot) Berkshire and have just reached my half century
. Have just found out I am gonna be a nannie (Jan) so thought it was about time I tried to do something about my weight ....... got shed loads to loose but one day at a time me finks!
Loving the site, getting loads of tips and ideas!!
keep up the good work everyone ... let ya all know later if i managed to shift a few ounces!!
