Hi everyone, just in from weigh in and meal out with my best friend. I got my stone award tonight so pleased!! I have done this in three weeks and am quite suprised! Following the plan and really enjoying the rewards . I am more determined than ever now to continue towards a slimmer me!! Hope everyone else is having a good week.
