Hi, does anyone know the syn values for the new Yoo Light Thing yoghurts?? They're fat free so does that mean they're syn free??

If they are the same ones mentioned in the two other threads about Yoo yogurts they are not free because they are high in sugar. Read the ingredients. If it says "sugar" (in any of its forms) then it won't be free.
