Hi can someone help me with the syn value of yorkshire puds i made using 140g of plain flour 4 eggs and 200ml skimmed milk, i am doing extra easy - i made 6 yorkshire puds, can anyone tell me the syns per pud ? thanks

what about the oil/fat used to cook them?
