Anyone know how many syns are in these? I think they're free because it's just frozen fish but I'm not sure.

a pack is 400g and there are 4 fillets.

I've had them as free on ee as they are just fish hope this is right .

If it is just fish, then it is free. Check the ingredients list for any extras like oil or flour, for instance. If there isn't anything extra, you are fine.
