yummy Thai Squash soup

    just made the most yummy soup and it is 0 points...

    1 large onion, chopped,
    2 sticks celery chopped,
    chunk fresh ginger chopped,
    3 cloves garlic chopped,
    2 kaffir lime leaves,
    2 tsp Thai 7 spice powder,
    2 or 3 small red chillia,
    600g butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and chopped,
    600ml veg stock,
    handful fresh coriander. saute (I do it in water!)
    onion, celery, giner, garlic, chilli and lime leaves for 5/6 minutes
    add Thai 7 Spices powder and squash and stir. Pour in stock, cover
    and simmer for 20mins or so. Chuck in coriander, then blitz with hand
    blender till smooth
