What challenge is that? I've never tried scan bran but I've heard it tastes like cardboard haha
 
Wednesday 20th November:
Green day

B: half a tin of chick pea dahl (free) (S), 2 x nimble (HeB), 30g cheddar (HeA), 2 x LM sausages (4 syns)

L:
Wholemeal pasta (free), vegetable tomato sauce - carrots
(superfree) (S), Celery (superfree) (S), passata (superfree) (S), onions (superfree)(S), spoon of quark (free)

D:
quorn, chickpea & petit pois(Free) (S) curry - onions (superfree) (S),passata (superfree) (S), tomato puree (superfree) (S) and 2 x philadelphia lightest mini tub (1.5 syns) with 1 dsp sesame seeds (HeB)

HeA: 30g cheddar
HeB:
2 x nimble, 1 dsp sesame seeds

Syns: 7/7

Speed foods: 7/7



Also, I don't have a dsp in my measuring spoon set but according to the 'net 1 dsp = 2 tsp so that's the measurement I'm going to use.

I'm really proud of myself for hitting 7/7 syns & 7/7 speed foods.

Scan bran challenge is just having scan bran for you heb every day... a lot of people dont like it but I do... and its def helps in the fibre department....

Is a HeB 5 scan bran? You're going to have to buy loadsssss when you're in class haha.
I'd like to give scan bran a go but I don't want to buy them and knowing me end up hating them.

D: quorn chicken pieces (free) (s), carrots (superfree) (s), cabbage (superfree) (s), beansprouts (superfree) (s), spring onions (superfree) (s), sweetcorn (free), red peppers (superfree) (s), egg (free) andnoodles (free)

Speed food: 10/7

Syns: 7.5/7

HeA : 3 x babybel
HeB : 2 x nimble, 2 x nimble

I'm a bit upset with how today went in all honesty, I feel like I've eaten FAR too much. I know this doesn't matter much on SW as long as it's free etc. but it still upsets me. I've just been really hungry because I'm so tired at the minute.

I know I've got 0.5 syns over my limit but hopefully you guys will let me off.

Your food diary looks really good; you got 10 speed foods in there, you're doing fab!

I wonder if you had had time to have a meal for breakfast if it would have set you up better for the day. But you already have thought of that and have a plan for tomorrow, so don't worry yourself!

Aww thank you :)

It's just difficult to get yourself out of the mind set of eating less is good for you because as a bigger person that's what you're always told - I'll get there in the end though.

I think actually eating some breakfast everyday is going to be my goal for next week :)
 
Today is the end of day 3 of the 7777 so I'm officially at half way (I've rounded down, shushhh) plus it'll only really be 6 days because I weigh in on tuesday mornings.

Proud of myself for getting this far without pulling my hair out haha.

S: Special K chewy delight bar (HeB)

D: mashed potatoes (free) 60g low low (HeA) 3 x LM red onion sausages (free), carrots (superfree) (s), broccoli (superfree) (s), sweetcorn (free) (s) and onion gravy (3 syns).

HeA: 60g low low, 60g low low
HeB: 2 x nimble, special k chewy delight

Syns: 7/7
Speed foods: 6/7 (I'll try and fit something else in :) )

Update: chickpeas for breakfast probably wasn't a good idea before work!
 
Unfortunately, as much as I really really want to carry on I think I'm going to have to stop the 7777 after 4 days.

I'm just in soooo much pain with trapped wind from the complete veg overhaul - I think my body needs more time to get used to being on SW again in general before I give this ago again.
Also, I feel a bit too restricted by the 7 syns & while this isn't my main concern I'm one of these people that if you tell me no it makes me want it SO much even if I really don't. i.e. if you tell me I can't have chocolate I will eat a whole bar despite not really wanting it.

Still 100% on plan though but I don't feel like I've lost anything :(

Pudding: special K chewy delight (HeB)

Today ended up quite a naughty day in terms of syns as I forgot I'd already had 2 HeB's ooops.
