I managed to get there and lost 2 lbs. I'm still ill but not quite as bad.
 
Glad you managed to get to weigh in, well done! Just remember to take it easy hun and don't over do it xx

I got 1lb off which I am pleased with, in the right direction. Starting to get comments from people saying they can tell I've lost weight so definite motivation there!

L - aldi ravioli (1) and hex a cheese

D - totally bad!!! Chicken Kiev, cauliflower cheese and sweet corn :(

So naughty but I had an exam at 6 and it went badly and I just wanted a takeaway but settled for this lol.

Back on it tomorrow!

Hi chick sorry I have had a **** week. I have lost my driving license this week and have been registered partially sighted. I have a genetic disease that my dad has also. Plus Jamie my four year old has been diagnosed as Autistic. So i have had a major wobble and I am still dodgy after that flu. I'm still bloody coughing. So I decided to go out with work last night and I had an Indian after lots of drink. :eek:

I'm feeling like I can now get back on plan , sorry to go AWOL on you but I just couldn't face SW last week. xxx
 
Oh Hun what a terrible week, no wonder diet was on the back burner :( hope your on the mend from the flu, and everything else is all ok :(

Looks like you've had a good day, I quite often don't get enough super free in but like you say at least your on plan!

My days been alright. Getting excited about holiday now, this time next week I would have just arrived in Egypt! Must get my 2lb off next week to get my stone award

Hi had a really good day I guess a bit boring on the food front but ok. ( almost identical to yesterday ) Was rushing out after work to a parenting class for Autism

I am also getting into the pattern of eating the same things again and again!

D - not sure yet, going out for a meal so will chose wisely! But will have a glass of wine.
