Dietninja returns...3 months to slimdom

12.12.5...a loss of 8.5lbs :) and down into the 12s...I've been trying to hit the 12s for six months without success...one week of this and I'm there! Yay!

I wonder if I can see the 11s before the end of Jan...it'll be tough, but....

It has certainly given me renewed motivation for this week :)

Good thank you Tess, just tucking into my shepherds pie :) it's quite nice :)

It did take me some willpower to avoid the kids tea...the smell of cooking sausages was overwhelming! But it's done now and I'm pleased!

Fri 9th Jan - day 8

Good evening! Another day almost done and dusted :)

Ex: 16561 steps
Water: 3.5 litres so far

B - rasp & white choc shake

L - Thai soup (passable, won't be reordering)

T - cottage pie (liked this)

Other drinks: 2 black coffees, coke zero as an after dinner "treat"

Glad you've had a good day, Iv been Not too bad tbh was a little hungry earlier but had my meal (spaghetti) and felt ok, I'm feeling ok now as well tbh but closer to bed time I might struggle. So early night if that happens. X

Think it's a night for feeling like this. Much the same myself. I think we get excited for weigh in and then it's hmmm, right, here we go with another week lol. Well done on resisting kids tea :)
