I'm very impressed. Any hassles or comments at work?

Hi Mel,

It's been 3 weeks and I've still kept it from people at work!
I have a veg drink and a bar at lunch time so I've blagged them to thinking it's a cup of soup and a naked bar lol

Resisted all the Xmas chocolates and mince pies lol

I'm impressed with how well you're sticking with this as I've seem on FB It hasn't stopped you from socializing.
 
Struggled a bit this week - had a couple of SS+ days... Still in ketosis but I've not drank enough water again... I wouldn't be surprised of I don't lose again this week :(

Feeling so happy today!

I've lost a total of 21cm (8cm from my waist)

Planned day off Friday 20th for my Xmas doo
(so going to weigh Friday morning so I can get a true weight loss for week 5)
 
Week 4 WI = -4lb :)
Start weight - 11st 9lb
Current weight 10st 11lb

My Xmas plan

*Today to 19th = SS

*20th = Day off
Xmas doo - having an Xmas lunch (will stay low carb - no potatoes etc) and I will have a couple of drinks vodka or wine

*21st to 24th = SS

*25th to 27th = 3 days off
Again going to stay low carb and have a couple of drinks

*28th to 31st = SS

*1st Jan = day off
Going out for a carvery and couple of drinks

*2nd Jan = back on SS to get to goal!

Booked a personal training session for 4th Jan also - it's my 30th in 2014 - I will be slim :)
 
So been back on track since Saturday - back to the gym tomorrow.
Hopefully my Xmas gain will be gone by next WI

Booked on to spinning tomorrow morning - want to get back into exercise as I want to tone... I know it might effect the numbers of the scales but I just want to look nice in clothes (I'd love to get a flat tummy)

WI tomorrow - don't feel like I've done as well as I could this week - had a couple of brews with milk.. Hopefully I would have lost my Xmas gain....
