1st weigh in after Xmas gain and I've lost 4lb - happy with that...

Something has clicked this time around - I am going to see it through to the end and move up the plans properly.. I've got a fab consultant and feeling really determine !

Just sat here working how long I'm aiming to be on CWP - like I said I am defo moving up the plans properly this time....

So this is my plan - might change if I need to stay on SS longer:-

SS - 8 weeks = 1st March
Step 2 (810) - 2 weeks = 15th March
Step 3 (1000) - 2 weeks = 29th March
Step 4 (1200) - 2 weeks = 12th April
Step 5 (1500) - 2 weeks = 26th April

Well thought out -- and I'm glad to see that you're flexible re: your target date. In other words, you're doing this until you get where you want to be! And going up the steps is the best way (IMHO) to train for maintenance.

Went back to the gym yesterday - jogged 2k on the treadmill
5k on the bike and done some weight machines
(done the same routine again this morning)
