Morning diary,

Feeling quite positive about my loss last night, I suppose anything downwards is a good thing and I need to stop focusing on wanting big numbers all the time.
Meeting my friend after work to do a little nit of xmas shopping - I'm trying to spread the cost this year as money is pretty tight so once I've got these bits today I'm done until the November payday. Christmas gets more and more expensive every year, and with trying to save for the wedding as well it's a bit of a nightmare.

Tea last night was ok, quite a faff to make and only ok so don't think I'll be bothering again. Have got a really busy few days coming up (two 15 hour days back to back!) so have planned my eats in detail lol.

Hello!

Had a very lazy morning today, just back from doing the food shop. I know eating healthily is great and definitely something we should do but it is so expensive! I feel like I spend so much money on SW food I need to win the lottery to afford this, Christmas, the wedding and a life! Mini stress lol.
Anyway, we're off to a free (yay) fireworks display tonight so something to tear me away from X factor!

Morning,

Had the worst night's sleep ever. We live opposite a pub and they are so loud and noisy when it comes to kicking out time. The pub is directly opposite a housing estate full of children and drunk people are so inconsiderate. Smashing bottles, fighting, swearing...the works at 2am. It shouldn't be allowed a late licence in such a built up area. As a result I've literally not slept a wink before being in work for 6.50am. Sooooooo tired!
Rant over lol.
OH's parents are going for a Toby Carvery and have invited us but I can't justify the syns the day before weigh in lol. So instead we're sticking to what we had planned anyway.

Quick post to report a measly 1lb off- disappointed about this slow losing especially when this week is a tough one because of a night out on Saturday. 9lbs in 4 weeks, last time around i did a stone in 4 weeks. Disheartened and frustrated.

I COMPLETELY understand your frustration (I didn't stay to group my second week when I lost only 1lb) but I guess slow and steady wins the race :)

I know downwards is good, I'm still stuck in the mindset from when I started this last time. I weighed over 17st so no wonder it dropped off fast. Now I'm completely stuck in the 13s but I'll keep plodding on.
Defo get the wraps! They are really nice as a pizza I can't wait! Xx
 
na, i can't ever stay for class and i reckon she'd just tell me to write down what i eat...which i do - on here and on paper at home and to be honest, i just never know what to expect each week lol.

i'm off plan this weekend which has been arranged for months and i'm fully looking forward to it. wee bit worried i might go OTT trying to cram in what i've not had for months lol, but booked a holiday from class as we're away so just need to keep at it this week then straight back to "Normal" once i'm back.

i've really been up and down since i got my 2.5 stone award and at times, i'm not too fussed. think cos i know i have a few things on from now til xmas, it's making it a wee bit harder...the 1st 8 months on this plan i lost pretty much 3 out of 4 weeks - but i literally didn't go out the door and didn't socialise at all really so i think this is it beginning to be a bit testing for me.

i def don't think i'd have had the same results on this if i was out every week or month and most of the time, i have no problems taking gains on the chin - even the unjustified ones...but i'm getting pretty miffed reading about people's constant blow outs on here but yet they still scrape a loss or a STS...i'm just jealous that i'm not one of them i guess lol x

Yeah there were a few of the blow out people at weigh in tonight. One woman sat and listed what she'd eaten (I stopped listening after the Toby Carvery, Pizza Hut, family size bar of choc EVERY NIGHT!) and she lost 1lb. Then there was me that stayed within syns, didn't save them and used them daily and I lost the same! Although I know if I'd eaten what she's eaten I'd have gained a stone!
Funny thing these diets!
Weekend sounds fun- you totally deserve it. What have you got planned? X
 
we're going to a wedding and are staying away all weekend. i've even planned a non sw friendly packed lunch for the car (meaning white rolls...dun dun duuuuun! lol) but we'll see how it goes.

it's a catch 22 cos i know i could be sensible and not do too much damage but then again, i also know if i have the things i think i'm missing out on...then they'll be over and done with.
that's what happened when i had that indian a while ago...and i soo enjoyed it!

will just see what happens.
as for the muncher at your class.....i'd be the same as you and gain a stone lol, is it bad i secretly hope she has the gain next week...and i don't mean a measly half pound lol.

I have the worst period pains today. I feel really floored by them, much worse than usual. Wish I hadn't agreed to work overtime today but too late to cancel now. Ugh :-( night cancel my morning shift though as it gives them time to cover it and its only £45 I'd earn anyway. Will see how I feel once I get to work.

i had to phone work and book a holiday today cos i was so sore and couldn't stop being sick/boaking....it's hellish:(

i'm the same every month but thanfully for the past while, it's been coming on a day i'm off work - i had hoped i'd have got this last night but nope, it wasn't to be!

grrrr to mother nature x
 
Morning diary,

Well I survived my shift yesterday and managed to get today off thank god because I feel awful :-(
Gonna hit the gym to try and work off the aches.
We're off to see a wedding photographer tonight, fingers crossed it's a good one and we can just book! Getting a bit nervous now that things are getting booked up. Need to start looking into cakes as well- OH wants to taste test several before we commit lol. Once those two things are booked I'll feel better.
