If you google 2 syn rolo cupcakes the recipe should come up hun :) they are a nice low syn sweet treat, but not very cakey I have to admit! Today I made chocolate wheetabix muffins, which hit the spot better in my opinion!!! 2 crushed wheetabix, half a Muller (I used vanilla with choc sprinkles), TSP vanilla essence, 1 tbspn cocoa powder and 2 eggs. Bake at 180 for 25 mins. Makes 5 and all 5 = hex b plus 1 syn! Pics to follow...
 
WEEK 16 MONDAY

B - Yogurt and fruit

S - banana

L - chicken pasta salad with 0.5 syns of be good to yourself balsamic dressing

D - chicken. Katsu curry (from sw website) very mild so might use more spices next time, but the first hone made curry I've realllllly enjoyed :) worth a try!

S - wheetabix muffins (see above and below!) Strawberries and 1 x rolo

Syns = 3 whoooop!

And did body combat, abs workout and a dog walk tonight :) :) :) feeling happy with myself!

A little comparison pic too...I wasnt feeling any different but think I can see a slight change in the pics on the right???

Top pics were tonight, bottom ones from about 6-8 weeks ago I guess!

WEEK 16 TUESDAY

B - puffed wheat and fruit

S - apple

L - same pasta salad as yesterday, then 0.5 syn jelly and strawbs

S - Muller light

D - sweet n sour prawn stir fry

S - biscuit whitworths shot (now 4.5 syns :-( ) a 2 syn rolo and a hot choc (damn you * week!!!!)

Syns = 9.5

Looks lovely. what was your sweet and sour recipe . looks yumm! !

Becki, I make a little syn free,sauce in a bowl and then add it to the wok about 2 mins before serving. I use:
¼ tsp Chinese 5 spice,
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
4 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp white wine vinegar (or yesterday a few shakes of normal vinegar as I'd run out of the white wine one!!!)
4 tbsp light soy sauce
150ml chicken stock
A teaspoon or so of sweetener

Is really easy and tasty too! Xx
 
WEEK 16 WEDNESDAY

B- Strawberry Muller with defrosted frozen cherries and raspberries

S - a banana

L - sw sausage sandwich, a mango

S - a plum

D - sw lasagne, had bought broccoli to go with it, but completely forgot to cook it!!!

Syns = so far none!!!!! But, will have a 'treat' in a bit, probably something around 5 syns roughly!

Only one pic today as my packed lunched looked far too boring to warrant a photo, and my dinner was wolfed down too quickly!!!

Feeling disheartened! Last week I was 10st 1lb, I've been mega good this week and this week the scales say 10st1.8lb!!!! It has been * week (finished yesterday), but otherwise I'm left thinking what more can I do!!!! I've been around the 10st2lb mark for soooo long!!!

Maybe my body has decided this is target haha!!! But with quite a few off plan days in May (away this weekend, both the kids' bdays, their bday party and a week on holiday) I'm beginning to wonder how I'll maintain if I'm currently maintaining whilst I'm being so good!!!
