Works Xmas party. Thankfully it's not a sit down meal so I'm in control over what I put in my mouth. Plus, I'm still stuffed from lunch.

Beef stew packed with carrot, swede and onion.

Amazingly the scales are showing 10.4 this morning so I'm hoping yesterday's food won't catch up with me. I was angelic at the party last night and only drank diet coke and had lean meat and salad from the buffet.
 
I've managed to avoid dominos on my night shift but not the Black Forest hot chocolate from costa. Ah, well all of today's syns gone by 4am. At least I'll be asleep(hopefully) for most of today.

Hey how are you getting on? Diary looks good you must be doing well. I really have to look out those chobani yogurts! I have been updating much and am losing a lb here and gaining 2 there but plodding along.

Bet your girls are excited for christmas. It will be fever pitch this time next week lol!
 
Oops, I've been neglecting this as I've been so busy this week. I have been getting on ok thanks but I'm looking at a maintain this week due to star week grrr! I have a lot going on this week too. I'm going to give myself some slack and enjoy christmas and then get back on track to target in the new year.
How are you getting on? Are you all ready for christmas?

I did my first proper on plan shop yesterday and was shocked at how small the bill was. I planned every meal out and made a food list the total to feed the 4 of us came to £58. That included fresh meat, veg, fruit, syns, school lunch stuff. My husband dreads me shopping on my own as I usually spend well over £120 for the week. Planning is obviously the key :)
