Ham and egg salad with heb cracked black pepper ryvita 2 syns for low fat marg

I'm over syns today but I'll 'try' and make up for it tomorrow.
 
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Why, oh why on my day off I have to do all of the housework, washing, put clothes away, cook healthy meals and still do the school run and take Sophia to her activities. Why on my husbands day off does he sit on his backside all day and create the mess for me to clean.

I wish my job was exciting lol I'm a ward sister in oncology so part of my role is to give teaching sessions to junior staff. Yesterday, was a full day of general teaching and presenting to boost morale and give some pointers on how to improve.

I'm sure you're little lady will make an appearance soon. Are you taking any raspberry leaf tea? I swear that is why my labour with Sophia was only 34 minutes, as my contractions were really effective.

My husband is an amazing daddy but if he has the girls he can't seem to grasp that the house work still needs doing. He has said he doesn't have time. Errr, but I do!
Oh, how I wish us ladies could have 'rest' days lol
I went to bed early last night and expected him to at least load the dishwasher but no the house was a tip.
Our house is open plan, so although we have a lot of space if one 'area' is messy the whole house seems to be. I've calmed down now it's tidy and I've taken Sophia for her swimming lesson but I did send him a very stroppy text lol

I lost 2 lbs at weigh in :)

HEB 2 slices wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf
HEA measured semi skimmed milk

Brunch
2x lm red onion & rosemary sausages, scrambled egg, mushrooms and toast.

Dinner
Beef kofta curry (mushrooms, onions, peppers, carrots for superfree) with boiled rice. Mini nann bread 5.5 syns

Dairy milk chocolate 26 syns eek!

Monday & Tuesday were on plan but I've completely forgotten all of my meals. For dinners I had left over jambalaya and baked potato and tuna.
