Malibu25x weight loss diary :)

anyways enough of negativity i WILL do very well calorie counting & exercise & i WILL loose 4lb this week!!! lol xxx

Good attitude to have! U will lose it. Now ur only weighing once a wk that will b much better as weight fluctuates day by day xx
 
Day 1 of new challenge has gone well... i have had food wise:

Ham salad on weight watchers toast,
Honeydew melon (300g)
WW meal- roasted vegetable arrabbiata
Curly wurly

Exercise: 55 min Zumba class & 30 min walk dogs

I wouldn't normally miss breakfast but was out the door at 8.40am & wanted to get weighed on empty tummy then by time I'd done Zumba,showered & come off hear it was 11.30am! So my 1st meal was like brunch lol more importantly I've not been hungry at all, had decent amount of water (which really does help with weight loss I think) & for the 1st time in a long while had salad, fruit & veg all in 1 day :) I'm trying to not eat passed 6pm as I've found in past this also helps with my weight loss!

I usually go gym or swim about 5 days a week & have Sundays off & its welcomed as I'm aching so much from Zumba today!!! Roll on day 2 :) xx

Excellent day hun. I've also had a good day. First day in ages I've managed 2litre of water too. Def helps with the weight loss and helps with the hunger xx
 
ooooops i no i said i wouldnt do this but i couldnt resist to see what i weigh today!! after years of daily weighing its gona be tough to go cold turkey all week... it was a huge risk as if id of stayed the same again today after working ny butt off yest id of been sooo p'd off rest of day but luckily it payed of :) fewwww....

sooo... 2lb down from yest :) im now 15.13.2! goodbye 16's forever! im def gona try soooo hard now though not to weigh untill saturday as its too much stress! if id of waited a week & just weighed today then i would be 1.4lb loss despite my bday & hungover day & would save myself all that torture of thinking id of gained/stayed same! i guess i just needed to confess 0:) lol just glad im smiling & not crying lol..... so sat next weigh in & hoping for anyother 2lb loss in the next 6 days! xx

Omg how nice does this look!!! & only 75 cals per serving :O I've found my drink of choice when I go back to uni lol & there quite strong so would only need about 4 max haha.., light weight!!

Well done on the loss, but a slap on the wrist for weighing again! Lol ... No more weighing now till next sat! It's going to be hard for me, especially if I feel better come wed. I'll b dying to know how I'm doing. Xx

another day of being good whooo... however found today a bit more difficult than last 2 days but not enough to make me slip... had a nice day chilling in the garden with the music on because its been really sunny but something about it being a bank hol + sunshine makes me want to drink cocktails :O resisted though!

ive had brek- granola cereal
lunch- ww soup & melon
dinner- ww sausages, beans & toast yum!!
snack- barny bear cake bar!

took dogs for walk & 30 min swim! pretty sure i broke my middle toe just as i was leaving for swinming but i still went haha just used 1 leg lol hope everyone has a had a nice bank hol wknd! x

Snack: never heard of these just stolen 1 of my mam & omg there lush- Special K biscuit moment choc flavour (will post pic)

I planned on a gym day today but can't really walk as broke my toe yest :( so means no dog walk today either, but I plan on going for a swim & just using 1 leg haha might do 45 mins instead of my usual 30 mins to make up for not walking dogs! Really need to get a few bits it as ran out of melon & really need some more zero noodles & slim rice! Also thinking of getting some atkins granola cereal has anyone tried it before? X

I've got those Special K biscuits in, lovely aren't they. Although my OH has took a liking to them n ate two packets yesterday grrr . Winds me up cos he can eat any kinds of goodies without pinching mine lol

Are u being good n not scale hopping? I have so far, killing me tho. Bit scared for fri tho. Need to get a couple of gym sessions in before then xx
 
Haha same Hun my dad ate 1 of my treats the other day & I told him off jokingly but he hasn't had 1 since & now I feel bad LOL espec as when im not on a diet his nice treats vanish everytime im home from uni :p I weighed sun but not yest or today but that's only coz I gave my mam my scales 2 hide in her room or I'd have no chance if they were in my bathroom lol I can't wait for weigh day... I'm giving myself 1 day off for every half stone lost so I can't wait to drop 7lbs lol sad!!! X

i think im going to get some gold bars & penguins for my next lot of treats as curly wurlys really dont do it for me lol

ino but im dying to go find the scales from her room & quickly weigh myself its ridiculous this obsession lol after this week il probs go back to daily weighing but i just couldnt go another week stressing that the scales wernt moving but aslong as they do il be ok! hmmm it totm does effect the scales but hopefully by fri will be back to normal! im on injection so dont have totm luckily!

not sure yet but it will def involve lots of cocktails & chocolate i no that much :p i have to resit an exam next week & its been stressing me out so much :( hoping my treat day will tie in with results day as ill need it either way! xx

& thanks i decided on the christmas theme as christmas is my goal :) im a big kid really so love christmas but to be a healthy weight would be the best x-mas pressie ever lol x
 
so another day done & dusted...

brek- bran flakes with skimmed milk
lunch- ww spagetti on toast
dinner- home made coconut chicken curry with slim rice
snack- curly wurly!

exercise- 440 cals with dog walk & bike @gym!

early start tommorrow as have to travel 2 manchester & spending all day in uni in prep for my resit next week (sooo scared!!!) im hoping i make the right food choices with me being out my comfort zone & stressed! will have bran before i leave & take melon & curly wurly with me & maybe soup or ww meal for lunch to avoid straying! x
 
Cling onto the curly wurly and all will be fine! Good luck, remember comfort zones are where you put them, make it comfy and you will succeed!!! Xxx
 
Good luck! Are you on the weight watchers diet or just having some of its stuff? Is it good? I love spaghetti on toast.

Good luck at uni tomorrow. You'll be fine I'm sure!
